1. Agreement to Terms

AGM Augusta Masonry provides professional masonry services including but not limited to brick repair, chimney services, tuckpointing, retaining walls, stone patios, and related masonry work. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and our acceptance of your project.
Service descriptions on our website are general in nature. Actual scope of work will be determined during on-site consultation and detailed in a written proposal or contract.
3. Estimates and Quotes
Free estimates and quotes are provided based on initial site visits and information provided by the customer. These estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may be adjusted if site conditions differ from initial assessment or if customer requests changes to the scope of work.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your service contract. Typically, a deposit may be required to schedule work and secure materials. Final payment is due upon project completion unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your contract.
5. Scheduling and Delays
We make every effort to complete projects within the estimated timeframe. However, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, material availability, or unexpected site conditions may cause delays. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize inconvenience.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their property and ensuring access to work areas. You must disclose any known issues or hazards that could affect the work. You are also responsible for obtaining any necessary HOA approvals before work begins.
7. Warranties
We stand behind our work with warranties as specified in individual project contracts. Warranty coverage typically includes defects in workmanship but does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, acts of nature, or customer modifications. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to customers.
8. Liability
AGM Augusta Masonry carries comprehensive liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or issues beyond the scope of contracted work. Our liability is limited to the contract value of services performed.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, we encourage customers to contact us directly to seek resolution. We are committed to fair and reasonable solutions. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication shall be subject to the laws of the State of Georgia.
10. Intellectual Property
